– For hotels: 45% building density, 20% coverage, 3 floors and a maximum height of 13.1m

– For touristic village: 40% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 8,3m

– For houses: 20% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 8.3m

-3,367sqm fall within protection planning zone Z1 with a building density of 6% and a coverage of 6%, over 2 floors and 8.3m maximum height.
